Removing quater light windows

Hi all,

I have recently purchased new quarter light seals from Franky in Oz, but I am struggling to work out how to take out the quarter light window to fit, can anyone help with a how to guide please
 
There's three screws on the front of the door frame to remove then a bolt under the door card holding the front runner in place. once these are out drop the window down as far as it will go, prise out the runner in the top of the door frame, then you should be able to move the quarterlight frame far enough to wiggle it out.
Page 228 in the workshop manual download shows the door components
