Regarding the inner peak join

I have been looking through the threads of Martin Maltas and others and am trying to work out how the inner peak and outer peak join?

For example:

Does the outer peak and gutter just come down to meet the inner peak edge and is then welded along that?
Thanks.

The gutter attaches to the inner peak, hense the spotwelds that can be seen from inside the van. Then the roof section (outer peak) is spot welded into the gutter ;)

not if you by one of my nice inner front peak sections.where we have managed to make the inner peak with the guttering already shaped into the panel as one. that way all you have to do is attach the roof section straight to it and bobs your uncle, no more triple sandwich or seam underneath to rott out.just one join on the top side ,inside the guttering itself.;):p

Wolfy, i can't get hold of you on the phone (numbers via your website), how much do you charge for the front inner peak with built in gutter? What is the waiting time? Would be after one of these when i come back from my holiday (August 10th)
