Panky admin 2.0 Staff member Oct 2, 2016 #2 They usually push out with a bit of persuasion, lifting the inner part up wit a flat blade. But ff you're scrapping the old rubbers just put a stanley knife through the inner flange to make it easier.

Panky admin 2.0 Staff member Oct 5, 2016 #4 Yep. I use wire cored thin plastic washing line and a little washing up liquid - slips in nice and easy and doesn't cut into the rubber.
