RANS ALIVE AND WELL

hi folks - haven't heard from you for ages - would love a Ran update if you're passing:)

Was telling Glyns' daughter about the Mcfly shoot last night as she's a big fan and she would love to see some more pics of the vid shoot if you managed to track some down (as would I:p:p:p)

Hope all well - forum has a bit of a hole in it without a Ran:(

Hi Matt, the bumper with the body work still attached to it when removed from RAN is yours, mine is the other side!!!! Dad.

Also Matt without bumpers what are you going to do if you run into another hedge with a wall hiding inside it, answer me that? Dad.

should all commers have a crab....

... I've just checked outside and Jessica hasn't got one! Will she fail her MOT?![:0]

that corner looks a little woolly to me, go on - zap it with a wire brush, it could be you just need a little rectangle of steel welding in (I'm an optomist you see...)

rolfl,,,umm woolfy I do hope you mean you have some of those panels :I
god mat that brings back a scary couple of seconds in Ran when a lorry got closer & closer & for a second the driver appeared to fall asleep [:0]didn't feel any thing I just new contact had been made :(
The front windscreen is no place for a crab!
DAD better of in a colision bumper less apparently less damage [8D]
Sybhil hasn't got any, more miles to the gallon too & Matt is less likely to take the idiot who parked to close to Ran,bumper off when trying to get out of the parking space ;)
Hope things are going ok now matt Ran looks great as always [:X]

Yey! great to hear from you & lovely to see some Ran pics - mmmmmmmm bacon:p:p:p

May not have breasts but certainly not short of nipples:I;)[}:)]

Are they bumpers then? I thought they were the audio parking system:I:D poor corner looking a little naughty - don't want to cause any worry but might be worth checking end of chassis behind corner and inner corner in case rusting from inside out (was what caused Bessies' corners to develop holes) will keep everything crossed that Ran O.K. and just needs a little patching[8)]

bushes with metal in dont count as a bump... thats a fact.
Took the step off which looks loads better now, thinking about getting a stair lift for the old man, il see what he thinks...
i said a while back about the fuel pipe pissing fuel everywere so i took it off today hoping it was just a case of new clips and pipe.
I got all the new bits for the pricey amount of three pounds. but i affraid its going to happen again as the adaptor in the top is too big for the pipe but fine at the bottom adaptor, so surely its just going to break through the pipe again at some point. any ideas?

Which pipe is it too fat for, is it jointed somewhere. If it is the piece that runs from the pump to the carb maybe you just need smaller diameter pipe all the way through :I

Just looked at previous page :I Does the pipe run all the way back to the pump?

if its just that peice of metal that your trying to get into the end of the pipe why dont you try heating the rubber pipe up a bit so it goes nice and soft and plyable then slap a bit of grease on the end of the metal and push it in. once the pipe has cooled down it should be a tight fit around the metal. thats what i would try.:p
