quick question...cold running

bit baffled...when i first start her up she doesn't run great bit juddery and not great at revving, like it's missing. Pulled two middle plugs and wet. However once run for about a minute all is fine again! New dizzy with internals, coil, leads ect. Compression all good and no oil in water or vice versa.
any thoughts, I was messing around with the colourtune a couple of weeks ago so was wondering whether could be a mixture issue but though that would affect all cylinders and as it's running an su the mixture was only really tick over as the needle controls fueling after that?

anyone think of anything else? Was going to borrow a mates exhaust analyser to really tune it but thought appreciated

Is the problem starting from cold and is the accelerator coming on slightly as you pull on the choke as it should? Or does it happen every time you start even when warm.
 
yep choke on lots and accelerator a bit. It's missing even under revs but only first minute or two from cold (ok restarting warm) then fine almost feels electrical but strange it sorts out. Got a few checks to make like mixing plugs and leads up and seeing if moves from middle two cylinders and then mixture. Runs perfect though once running for a little.
