When i went over Jessica s bottom a couple of years ago i brushed down everything that was loose. painted the rusty bits with silver hammerite then used waxoyle undrseal. so far so good!

When i finished all the welding underneath Pia i used 'Tetroseal underbody sealant' and got it from ebay. I think it was about £25 for 25lts which is reasonable. It also covered all the van;) bit messy obviously so don't attempt it in your Saville Row suit. The best method is obviously to spray it on but if you don't have those tools to hand then it's a hand job, not literally HAHAHAHA!

This sealer is prob the worst stuff possible to use as it sucks all the damp in like a sponge. Looks nice when applied but has no real protection[V]
Now you have done it i would spray clear wax oil over the top of it to make it less porous;)

I have used Silver Hammerite on X-Box. Cleaned all the mud ETC off wire bushes it, I believe Hammerite also helps kill rust plus it looks nice when you look under the van. See my thread for pictures!:D
