Possible change to tax exemption

Hopefully it will be a rolling 40 year old exemption[^] better that than what was suggested before.

I contacted Mike worthington Williams a few weeks ago to find the build date of Katy, it turns out she's definatley1973 so I'm holding my breath for this ! Fingers crossed

Not rolling at the moment, apaprently it will be reviewed on a yearly basis at budget time. But it's a move in the right direction.
