Q Bought some of these +40 pistons cause they looked nice and shiny :). He's got some +60's on also...

Mine breathes a fair bit so removing the engine and stripping it over the winter anyhow. Maybe just needs rings but thought was worth getting these at the price (a lower offer was accepted). I guess a rebore and hone isn't much anyhow if stripped down yourself...bargain long as customs and excise don't do me over...

Very nice, you could use them as tea light holders if you don't need them:)
 
Funnily enough my missus said that :)

I'll be posting for more info over the Winter - I've never rebuilt a bottom end so unsure on the tolerance measurement bits, got the gear just no idea
