Mounted on the front it would be used to blast houses, cars, VWs and hills out of the way allowing you to drive your standard unmodified commer wherever you want, at a decent speed...
Mounted on the back it would allow you to drive over anything that might be in front.
Fuel economey might be a consideration though and the emmissions could be a sticking point for an MOT...
