Paint codes?

Is there anywhere online to find the paint codes for the original Commer paints?

We saw this company at the Bristol Classic Car show in May, they have all the codes and can match the old Rootes colours

I don't know whether the primrose yellow of the Wanderer is a Rootes colour. Our 1967 Wanderer was yellow and I have seen many other Wanderers in the same shade of yellow, but not on any other conversions. When I checked on the DVLA website, ours was listed as white. I wonder whether it was a colour applied by Bluebird, later CI who did the conversion and if so, whether there is any way of finding the code. [?]

Of course, if you want to change the colour to another Commer colour this is not a problem. ;)

CI (Caravans International?) still exist, don't they? Maybe they've got some old archives with that sort of info.. :)

Primrose was an MG colour - but a name most probably used by a number of manufacturers.

Harvey the RV

Primrose Yellow was best known for the E-Type Jags :p Converters offered different options for the second colour :)
