Overdrive conversion

When converting a non-Commer overdrive gearbox by adding the required Commer parts, if there a 'special' version of the Commer gear selector to use ?

Reason being the Commer gear selectors I've seen don't seem to have the fitting for the overdrive inhibitor - or would it be a simple drill and tap on the casing to provide this ?

Hi Paul, All the gear box's are the same - if there aren't any switches already in place the holes are plugged with screwed blanks. The one on the off-side takes the inhibitor switch and the other is for a reversing lamp switch.
