Tail lights are from a HK/HT/HG Holden Station Wagon 1968-71, so would have been done many years ago. Looks like she's got a tacho in the dash too. The rego plate is South Australian, with SA rego online shows as unregistered, no date given and that it is/was white.
It's a long way from home if now in Sydney. Adelaide is 1400km away, so the owner must have been pretty keen to tow it that far. Wonder why selling after such an effort. Regardless it will be nice to have another Commer in Sydney, hope who ever buys it knows about us nutters and gets it back on the road.
