Thats my old CA! I restored it a couple of years ago and sold it via Ebay last spring for £4300. It is a lovely van but worth £10k?? I think not. Strange how it has ended up at Thornfalcon in Somerset because a dealer from York bought it from me, advertised it straight away for £10k and claimed to have sold it, now its for sale at the other end of the country. Has anyone really paid £10k for a Bedford CA? It does drive superbly though but is VERY cramped inside unlike the later LWB CA`s and of course the Commer`s. Oh and the column gearchange is brilliant.

do you remember the beige ish coloured one recently really lovely 2450 ish was on ebay a couple of weeks ago then saw it advertised for 9,000 or some thing [:0]

£10K!!!

Good buy for £4K but over doubling to £10K in a year seems a bit far fetched.

Considering we're in the credit crunch it doesn't seem to be stopping prices rocketing, or seeing as its through a garage the price may just be inflated anyway??

kjh;)

Remember that's just the asking price. He'll expect to be knocked downa bit from that and at the end of the day he has to make a profit to pay his bills. However, it still seems a bit ambitious though.

I'd be quite happy to give him the price just as if it was brand new - probably about £800:I
