OMG!

I went up to bed about an hour ago and heard a noise from the garden. I gingerly peeped out through the curtain to discover there was 2 men rumaging in our shed!! I dialled 999 asked for the Police, explained the situation and was told '' I'm sorry Sir, we don't have anyone available in the area, but we will get someone to visit as soon as we can''
I waited 5 minutes and called 999 again, I said '' Don't worry rushing, I just shot them''
Within 10 minutes, outside appeared 3 Police cars, a dog unit, an armed response unit and 2 overhead helicopters!!! They caught the burglars red handed and the officer in charge said to me '' I thought you said you had shot them???'' To which I replied '' I thought you said you had nobody available in my area???'':I:D:D

Wouldn't it be great if we were allowed to shoot such low life. I love it when I hear that some car thief has crashed and been killed, notice that I don't call them "joy riders".

Reminds me of this....

An elderly retired mobster lived alone in the New Jersey countryside. He wanted
to dig his tomato garden, but it was very hard work as the ground was hard. His only son, Fredo, who used to help him, was in prison. The old man wrote a letter to his son and described his predicament.

Dear Fredo,
I am feeling pretty badly because it looks like I won't be able to plant my tomato garden this year. I'm just getting too old to be digging up a garden plot. I know if you were here my troubles would be over. I know you would be happy to dig the plot for me.
Love, Poppa

A few days later he received a letter from his son.

Dear Poppa,
Don't dig up that garden. That's where I buried the bodies.
Love, Fredo

At 4 a.m. the next morning, FBI agents and local police arrived and dug up the entire area without finding any bodies. They apologized to the old man and left.

The next day the old man received another letter from his son.

Dear Poppa,
Go ahead and plant the tomatoes now. That's the best I could do under the circumstances.

Love you,
Fredo
