Tk2.jpg

'Slightly bigger'..lol!

You could hold your own festival in there [:0] You and your Bedfords:I
I like it

Come on Paul you've been too quiet, how's the TK shaping up. Did you manage to find a donor for the interior [?]

Not yet, the Tk is now less several hundred weight of timber. It was built to take the weight and brute force of 3 horses..Ive spent time getting the engine running correctly, i found a place that stocks original Bedford parts.Chassis painted and am now tending to the woodwork...:)

Good luck with the woodwork, I considered blowing my college grant on one of these that came up for sale at the time. Wonderful timber interior - knew it would make excellent home from home - can't wait to see more

- what class driving license do you need for one?

Able to drive on normal car license, its private HGV, the plate states it weighs roughly 5.6 tonnes, though some of that weight is going to be shed with the conversion.Ill try and sort a few piccies soon, at the moment the floors off so i can paint the chassis and running gear, replace the brake pipes and replace some rotten floor timbers.

:)
