Number 3............maybe!

We def won't be restoring it, we have enough to do with Bluebell lol.... which is why we are not sure what to do, use it for parts, or let someone restore it [?] Just don't want to leave it in a field lol :D

Cazz...Is smiling again, as Smurf is on the mend!!!!

If Oliver makes a start on it this winter, it will be ready for him when he passes his driving test!!

LOL I think you could have a point!!

Chatted up my mate with a low loader today, so just need to check with the owner as to when we can go fetch:D

Yeah, well like I said I just didn't want it sitting in the field another ten years....

If someone wants to restore it let us know otherwise we may strip it [:0] Not the most popular decision I know. We will see what happens when we get it back here!

I wouldn't think the opportunity for a donor vehicle would turn many peoples noses up - you have our blessing ;). It would be a massive job, plus using bits for your other 2 is still far better than it just being sat there! I wish we came accross fields like this!

You never know - you may end up with a good chassis/cab - stranger things have happened :I But in reality it's been in a damp field for ten years [xx(] so be prepared for the worst and anything else is a bonus :)

Thats the way we see it:) The cab roof is better than Bluebell and the doors are also better!

Better not start counting the blessings just yet though!

Hows work Panky? silly Q really, it's never nice going back is it. I can't believe it's Wednesday 2moz already and I've promised to take the boys out for the day while Cazz is at work!

Then thursday abd Friday is MY time to play & potter!

Started doctoring the Mini grill, grinding bits off and cutting bits to shape........

Had a cool day out today, was going on a speedboat but weather put paid to that[V] Ended up watching G Force in 3D and going 10 pin bowling followed by some chinese tucker!

Was hoping to collect the van 2moz but we gotta wait till the doves have moved out.....understandable I guess!

LOL Panky:D

Yeah a lot of history this bus! apparantly they parked in this field ten years ago and have lived off the local hooch ever since! hence haven't been around for a while

watch this space for the come back tour:D

I'd quite happily just unbolt the back and pull the van from under it, thus leaving the Doves in peace:D

I'd be proud to have any Commer on my drive! Anyway we have a high fence and most people wouldn't see it walking past. lol, we are getting a reputation as being a land mark 'The house of Commers' as it is[8D]

Well, that's handy to know.. :I Most people would doubt this one ever approaching another corner it its life, but I suppose everything is possible. In theory.

Good luck if you go for it. :)

Cheers Jostein, well it will def be approaching a few more corners even if only on the back of a tow truck lol

I'm suprised there hasn't been a few comments re; those springs from the more technical among us!

i have an excelent idea. why dont you buy the van or get given it (which ever.) then you take all of the bits you need like roof sections and doors excetra and then sell the diff to the guy whos looking for one on spares needed and sell the engine and gearbox to the other guy whos looking for one. and then list any other bits you dont want for others to buy. everyones a winner as they say.:p
