Now this looks an interesting proposition ...

Ad says it's a 1972 but the pic shows the earlier 3 bar front grill and single side lights plus some rare curved rear windows :p

With 3 rear side windows it looks to me like a minibus conversion to a camper. Also, it possibly has the desirable 3 front seats but difficult to tell from the small pic

A nice 2 tone colour scheme too !

Up for £1,200 as requires work - here we go, let the drooling begin ...

Being sold for less than original cost which perhaps rings alarm bells but this could just be a sign of the times

An interesting additional comment in the ad ...

'I CAN ALSO GUIDE ANY BUYER OF CONTACTS THAT WILL HELP TO LOCATE ANY PARTS CHEAPELY.'

I've already emailed a response to the vendor on this part and made him aware of our forum.

Further interest is to whom was the one sold to for £7,500 [:0][:0]

Love the rear, curved windows. If you find out where abouts it is in Leicester let me know. We're only 15mins away, and of course Woolfy is very close!

it's gorgeous, am pretty sure I have seen that photo before though, or at least one very similar. Would have been long time back when first introduced to the delights of the forum and hunting through commer images on the hinterweb. Will be interested to see how it looks if anyone going out to do a recky [8)]

i've emailed the seller to to ask if i can view it. I am not convinced with the add - Brought it for £2500 with the intention to sell once it is restored.....and then adds when it is restored it could fetch £2000??

I'd like to see it though, so i'll let you know!

Yep, the alarms bells are definately ringing very loudly - the old saying if it's too good to be true then it probably is [V]

No response from the vendor yet re. their contacts for cheap parts, not holding my breath
