Hey all..Just joined up so thought I'd best stick me head in and say hello:) Have just bought us the 1980 Autosleeper that belonged to Mattstra..luvly van but I know very little about em so will probs be on here quite a bit doing yer heads in..

Certainly looks a solid old bus..underneath is in very good order..clearly been loved..looking forward to picking up the baton now.Hopefully be on the road in next couple of weeks..just a couple of gremlins to sort and ready for camping season[8D]

Thank you all for your warm welcomes.Looks like I'm in the right place anyway,having owned 9 VW bay window campers up to now I've completely forgotten what it is to be sane:D Looks like I'll be embarking on a whole 'nother level of lunacy now........always had a soft spot for the old PB so can't to use the beast..

Hey Moley,Yeah reckon there's a couple of us around...seen an autosleeeper not far from me..bit of a sorry state tho'..looks like it's bin stood fer years..moght try n tap em up for some parts:D

Comm-Don...Gonna look at making the Commer show..we usually do loadsa vdub events..I work at a few DJing and stuff...(any campsite mayhem needed give us a shout!) Hit me up with some times n whatnot nearer the time and we'll hook up with ya'll:)
