No charge for sybhil

As i suspected, the alternator is failing to charge [xx(] we don,t even have a charge light coming on can someone confirm which of the 2 red lights it is on the late dash, the big solo one or the small one in the group of 4 [?]

It's the smallest one of the lot that's the alternator light.

Now sorted [^] found a spare mini alternator and its now charging [8D]

lets hope so of to tescos for 10.30 & back again 2-3.30 in the morning The Riley has decided to come out in sympathy with me & Sybhil [xx(]

well I made it there & back just got to do it again in the morning [}]

sybhil today decided to go to the other extreme and charge at 19v [:0] so i guess the voltage regulator is kaput in that alternator [xx(] fitted yet another one and so far all is well at 14v [^]
