Next CVF Meeting

Martin, A big thankyou for your help with the stub axle carriers the other week. Passenger side is on and all the play has gone, but am going to wait until the MOT next month to decide about the other. Will you and everyone else still be at the meet on sat night/sunday as we would love come down, say hello and meet more commer-friendlies ?

Hi guys, im going to be honest and say that i cannot make this weekend.MArtin, sorry i havent rang you back, but thanks for the offer you made, wish i could take you up on that but i cant, thankyou anyway!:).
Im going to spend the weekend getting the van back on the road.Ill be with you in spirit if not in the flesh..

Chris, we are going M1, M42, M5. So we may not cross paths till well down. Are you going M4 or M3 [?]
 
That's tough[V] more bad news but don't let it beat you, you will sort it out. You've got a good solid van with a few teething problems [xx(], I think you are being put through the process known as character building :I
 
Martin,M4 M5 junction near bristol,not travelled that far south on my own before :IYorkshire is the furthest I have driven before [8D]but my son is a good navigator [^]expect to get that far in about 3 hours Tim time lol all being well...have you got my mobile no's written down??
 
Hi all, we are going to stop at Gordano services, close to J19 on the M5. I estimate we will arrive between 1 and 2 pm.
There is still 130 miles to go from there, so seems a good stopping point for the long distance runners.

The site is called The Old Cottage, and is a small thatched cottage at the side of the A3072. There will be a temporary CL sign on the grass verge.

hi guys i will be coming on the sunday just for the day hope to get there between 10 and 11am, thats if the van will ever start, then need to get the break lights to work. Oh, and the overdrive.

Like Paul I will be thinking of you all and hopefully doing some van fixing too. I'll put on my commer angels t-shirt and look wistfully over the water from the welsh coastline, be with you in spirit. Think of me and post me a photo on here[:X] I'm really looking forward to finding out how commervoy goes.
