News from dvla on marbles

Got a reply from dvla today saying that they would not give me the details but for a fee of 5 pounds they would forward my details with a short message to the now keeper.
I got a feeling that Milfredo that used this site only for info on marbales back in sept 2010. Maybe the new owner? I was wondering if there was a way to send him a email direct to his own email address. I didn't know if I was to send him a message on this site if it would just go to a message point on this site and would rely on him to come on here and log in to see it? As he hasn't been on since 2010 I can't see him getting back for a while.
What do you guy think?????[?]

Will ,has replyed to my email and sadly he was not the new owner of Marbles, the search carrys on.
Dose any 1 have any ideas ???? MARBLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
