New member registration problem ?

Just wondering if something is up with member registration as there seems to be a few new members showing that have more than one account registered but they never post?

Eg .
Dave the rave = davethomas
Colin b = colinblackcommer
...[:eek:)]
 
in theory not possible - cannot have the same email address twice I thought (same reason you cannot change the email address!)

Currently being bombarded with about 20 new user requests a day from the same computer somewhere in France trying to spam... at least I am foiling them!
