New Commer

That does sound quite a lot Jon

I'm not willing to spend that on the wheels at this time, it's not a show car - I've done my best to clean a wheel up today just using Autoglym cleaner and it's made them look usable for sure. I'll save on painting the original wheels too although I'll need to keep one as a spare. Just got to work out which tyres will fit on now under the van!

Fingers crossed - they hopefully will and having spoken to Tim earlier, even better if they locate over the splines already in place. They are 15 x 6.5 and 15 x 7 - looking for whitewall tyres, the best I can find at the minute are 185x15 with a c rating for a van rather than a car tyre - not sure if 185 will quite be wide enough for a 15 x7. Can't find 195s on a c currently.

IMG_2338.JPG She's been tucked away in secure storage but getting access frequently can be troublesome so for the short term solution I have a metal box, and some hazardous parking to negotiate!

BEEEEEUTIFUL!!
I have paint job envy...
and cab finishing envy...
and... and... and...

Get out there and enjoy that gorgeous creature!

I'm very happy to have found this thread and all the photos as I saw pics of this van on a random Google search and it was the reason I went and bought a Commer... well 2 Commers actually :)
I love the colour and the overall look. Beautiful.
