What a neighbour, sounds like one of lifes' characters, one you can do without[:(!].

If all your vehicles are road legal or sorn, I fail to see which leg she was hoping to stand on, unless there was some mention in your housing contract stating 'thou shalt not own more than one bum car' All I can see that council could stop you on was if you were using property for trading purposes, so hopefully your visit is because they have to respond to your darling sweet neighbours' complaint - if they have any sense they will be as sick of hearing her moan as you are.[xx(]
You could probably lodge a complaint of harassment if she is repeatedly photographing your stuff.
Sounds like the problem with selling may well be that it involves dealing with woman in question - she'd put me off
Here's hoping she sells soon to another commer/riley fan so you can combine drives and pop round to borrow some engine oil[^]
 
Silly thing is, she is making a rod for her own back [}:)] If she sells her house, what is she going to put on the questionaire, when it asks 'have you had any problems with neighbours or made any complaints' ;)
 
Any more from her I will seek legal help for sure on the grounds that she is approaching(harrassing) me every time I step out of the front door,so glad she was captured capturing 40 odd pic's, bit over the top!!(they have to respond to your darling sweet neighbours' complaint - if they have any sense they will be as sick of hearing her moan as you are.)lets hope...

Might be worth quietly keeping an informal diary of what happens when encounter wise - will be useful to highlight trouble you have been having, usually people like that will hang themselves with enough rope. You appear rational and calm about things and they seem like compulsive raving loonies.

A friend here had a lovely Dad who kept a classic bus out of sight behind a hedgerow,where a pair of old ladies lived nearby but couldn't see bus from their house. They created so much fuss that T.V. news crew came down to cover story - didn't cover it as two harmless old ladies being hounded by evil scrap man as they had hoped - T.V. reported what they saw, two nasty old dragons gunning for lovely classic enthusiast. A victory for the fair and the good[^]
 
I heard a rather powerfull engine out side and just had to look, it was a TANK roaring up the road[:0]. A bit later I nipped to the shop and on my way back there it was parked up a driveway just around the corner from me. Now that would try the patience of even the saintliest of neighbours, cool though imagine taking the kids to school in a TANK [}:)]. I'll try and remember to take camera next time I'm round there

Poor budgie! Glad you have at least one helpful and unarmed neighbour on your side. Link not working for me to see pic, could be my pooter though. Good luck with council visit if still on - be thinking of you.
If it will help, could hold the next forum meeting in your drive - should help yours blend into the background.[}:)]
 
Glad I don't live in your street. we have 1 stiletto in garage,1 on back patio,2 imps down side garden,1 chamois in front garden,1 rapido folding caravan in front garden,1 commer highwayman on drive and also park 1 skoda,1 saab turbo,1 ford cabriolet and a transit van on road and we only have 3 drivers in the house. No one complains least not to us.
 
At least some neighbourhood surveillance serves a purpose, does your neighbour have a skip?[:eek:)]

Yes they have been out...today while I was out [:eek:)] Thought it was tommorrow :ISo now have to phone, it will be next week before they can call....bet my neighbours well chuffed (not)but only cars there were 2 commers,cos I moved the riley spares car round the back [^]

You wouldn't know there was a Riley there unless you pointed it out. What's in the wheelie bin- No1 [:0];)
 
there is a side garden to the front of the[:0] house,you can see through the gate if you were to look!!the wheelie bin is just covering corner of riley should she get that close,plan B leave the dogs in the garden that should keep her clear of fence!!
 
You could always take the camoflauge effort a little further...
