purely my thoughts, but marks P.O. van would be good I think, but also think he can't commit.....i would quite happily donate Tigger but I'm out of work and unless i can play hide and seek and camp inside at night, then it's out of reach for me...quite happy to help on the sunday like last year though ...it's a shame you can't go for the 'Corgi constructor' idea, that was brill[8D]

Pablo- Thursday is a 'set up day' all vans have to be in position by Thurday PM and there are defined times for access. The first year I was working on Thursday but left the keys with Martin after leaving Clarabel on the nearest car park at 8AM. There is no access in the hall by vehicle on Friday. Clarabel and Co -Mike

i also have said i will be able to make all three days, and bring the maidstone if you like andaccomodation wont be a problem as i live quite near by.i also dont mind chipping in towards the cost of the backdrops etc, or refreshments.haha.or if you like we can put a coca cola sign on the side of my plain panel van and hand out a few complimentary bootles to viewing customers . my mate will get me a good price on the coke.

My Maidstone is going to be available for these dates if required. Rupert is getting his paint applied as we speak and should be back on the road in the next month or so! I could also make myself available for the weekend.

Good news is we have confirmation of a stand at the nec 2012. The only thing is the stand may be smaller ive got the dimensions on the drawing but just need to find the scale to see what room we have. Is an oblong shaped stand against a wall so colud use the wall for banner etc

Yep me to! Any one want to make donations for the insurance costs??
We have to have public liability when running a stand at the nec. I will start the paper trail when I get a spare min as I get married in a week and few days so its all go go go
