I really wanted to take my pick up but its not going to get a look in with my wedding being only 2 and half weeks away,and building an extension on the house.

If they give us the same size stand as last year we can get 4 vans on there. So if your serrious I will put you down on the list, but just bare in mind you need to put 4days aside for the show and you cant take your van out of the hall from the start of the show till the end on sunday.;)

Clarabels available if you want but like woolfy said we had the privelage two years ago. Put her on the list though and shes there if you need her.

maybe next year when kermit has had a freshen up there could be a spot avalible ?? although that depends if you want to keep the stand as original or not but let me know the dates for this year i might be able to give a hand

Not fussed about standard and original mate,there are allsorts at the nec. I will bare it in mind for year after if your still up for it and we get another stand year after. Your help would be good though;)

Jon -if you are looking for a firmer commitment- I can be there for most days this year to help out ( I might have one meeting in Cov on one of the days which would mean I might only do a twilight on that day? -I can confirm this nearer the time) I can also bring Clarabel - She scrubbs up nice and we had a great time two years ago!
Accomodation would not be a problem for me as I can stay with relations nearby.

Let me know what you think - Hazels Dad ( also known as Mike) -Who also enjoyed his stint last year.

Jon -Thanks for the response , yes we are definitely up for comming. It looks like I will be free for Thursday/Friday/ Sat (just need to check one meeting date) and Matt and Hazel could do Sunday. other things we could offer: if required -I could do A3 Story Boards for each van similar to 2010 if everyone posted their pictures and text on the forum - I will load them into a template and Matt can print them to industrial standard- Matt is also up for the backdrop banner as long as it's not more than 4 feet high - length no problem. If it's bigger than this his firm would have to send it away at much greater cost. Good to be on board again - Thanks for organising it! (ps Matt has already sorted the www. commervanfan banner) Clarabel and Co - Mike
