Well...alright then, maybe just a little...
 
I cant remember what you call it but it is a bung or stop for temporary blocking a drain or sewer pipe so you can carry out a repair further down the pipe:D

you push it into the pipe and tighten the wing nut forcing the rubber to expand, thus sealing the pipe and making it water tight:D

Drain fitting is also used to pressure test new installations :)
