My Ride

No, it sits good all along both sides and front and also the rear corners but in the middle at the rear it bows out in fact it would probably work well as a boat upside down.:D I think i'm going to tape it down and heat it up to see if It'll take a new shape, I've never tried it on fibre glass but it works to a degree with carbon fibre.

Yes I can where you mean by looking at the last couple of photos.

Maybe slip a wooden batton in to help it maintain its shape on the back edge.

I've got MOT! I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!I've got MOT!:D

Very early in the morning and the MOT man was just as suprised as me. It looks the same as it did but without the rope hold the roof on. I think I need to either rebuild or replace the rear axle as it whines like a goodun! but I'll run it around for a bit to see if everything else is working as it should.

Got insurance with Adrian Flux for £200 and going to get my Free Tax this morning!

Got diff rebuilt and it's in. clean carb out properly and she run's like a dream being using it for work & dump run's. picked up my new kitchen that I bought off ebay. got it all in assembled in the back!! I was amazed how much stuff you can get in the back of these with no interior. Well I'm currently saving so I can get a prop modfied to fit my O/D box and to purchase a number of panels of woolfy, I see a valance has been created whilst of been off the forum moving house. So I'll have my name on one of them for starters as soon as I have some cash. followed by Drivers door bottom, side panels and cab floor. I have managed to find a donor mini to try and re-create new rear roof corners with gutter!

and sorry chris I know you always ask for pictures but I haven't taken any more. and I haven't really done anything else that warrents new pictures.

Hey woolfman, did you ever send me pics of the gutter sections to post on here? I can't remember, if you send them I will do the honours.

Woolfy, you need to get out more!..:p it wont be long before you'll have complete Commers available! [}:)]

Nice to see you on the forum again matey !

Forgot to tell you all the new pop top panels I made are now broken! Bit windy a bout 2 months ago and lost the whole roof to a deep dyke, Managed to get my brother to come commer roof fishing in the dark and amazingly we caught one with out falling in! And the fibreglass was ok it was just my new hand built panels I made last winter that where broken into pieces. So I'm now driving round with a ratchet strap holding the roof on, goes out through the sunroof and back in through the big gaps in the back doors.

Ive got a complete autosleeper roof if you want it?? Only needs a very small repair to the wooden battern that fits to the roof to make perfect but could be mounted as is?? Let me no ;)

Sorry to hear of roof troubles, mine possibly not a viable option for you but I also have a spare autosleeper roof which is structurally ok and complete in Cardigan, West Wales.
