MOT Re-Test Tomorrow...

It went fine. The needle settled at just over half way after I gave it some welly. So happy with myself. MOT is booked for 3.30 tomorrow. For the record I drank 1 1/2 cans of 4% cider and due to the length of time between cans I was easily under the limit. Lack of MOT would have been a problem though - was it not for that I was driving on my private estate!

Glad to see you are an upright and honourable citizen:)

Good luck - I'll be away from the computer from about 10am so won't see any updates. Send me a text on 07592 103166 if you won't make it to Pandy so I can let them know to release your pitch.

I am not a person, I am a number, 395 actually......Be seeing you!
If I told you I was a pathological liar, would you believe me?

I'm feeling confident so I've just taken out an insurance policy. RH insurance, fully comp, 4k agreed value, 5k miles a year, kept garaged during the night, breakdown recovery - £78.00!
Crazy cheap!

They're very competitive aren't they, I've got both my vans with them:)
Fingers crossed

Hows everyone getting these quotes! I'm still at £150 ish from all companies...I've never had an accident, been driving for 24 years, good area, on a 'locked' driveway admittedly, I'm 41 so should be hitting rock bottom (insurance wise)

Hasta la supervista baby

I'm paying 70 odd for each van, unlimited miles, with breakdown cover and on drive parking for Bonnie - RH:) Must be you dodgy postcode Jim;)

Yup - I normally get 'Classic 20/50' from Halfords, about £20 a gallon - I've also used Comma 20/50 which is about half the price:) There are cheaper ones around but I wouldn't:I

There used to be a cheap oil firm in Keighley but the oil had already been used once and had been reprocessed, so I agree with John, do not get oil that is too cheap as you only get what you pay for.:(

The engine takes 4.3 litres.
Better bring some bin bags and tape - unless your missus has sorted the curtains out;)
