MOT Fail - "Anti Roll Bar Insecure"

My van failed the MOT about a month ago and I've only just got round to sorting it out. Anyway one of the fails was as follows "Nearside front position anti-roll bar linkage insecure" I've checked all of the nuts in the area in the fail description and they all seem to be tight below is a picture of the area I believe they were referring to can someone please check to make sure I'm tightening the correct nuts? Also my van was manufactured n 1972 so are all the nuts imperial rather than metric?

Ok I've sorted it now it has been a while since a changed a ball joint. I watched this YouTube video to refamilerise myself!

I haven't sorted it. I tried the method in that video but once I tightened the separator it then prevented the nut from turning, and then it snapped... So back to square one only minus a separating tool. Has anyone got any advice they can share for a ball joint that won't tighten? I'm sure every ball new ball joint I've fitted before has just tightened up no problem out of the box?
 
Right I've given up. Basically the link between the anti roll bar and the wishbone which has two ball joints is knackered. On closer inspection of the lower ball joint the rubber has split and the joint is stiff. So I'm going to replace it rather than try and tighten it up. On the offside i've got two kingpins instead of ball joints what affect would this have on my steering? And where can I source a replacement part as shown in the picture above?
 
Been away for a while so only just seen this. I can only suggest the usual places to get a replacement (Martin, Speedies, Woolfy etc) but I know Time made up new drop links for Kermit using rose joint - might be worth considering if you can' get a replacement.

Wicked they look like the nuts. However time is not on my side as I need to get it sorted before PANDY 14'! I'll send Tim a message - Cheers Mate.
 
Hello there I just bought one of them from speedies!

Took a while explaining what it was to the guy on the phone though. I called it a drop link in the end.

I've bought one off Martin and he's posting it tomorrow. So hopefully my van will be back on the road next weekend.
