Moffat 2015 June 27th

I think my friends Richard and Karen along with Ace Imp restorer Clark Dawson will be attending Moffat. Hopefully they'll seek you out.

Not long back from Moffat, great to meet Davey and his other half in the Dutch Auto-Sleeper and Colin and the lads in his minibus - two very welcome additions to the show:)
Congratulation go to John and Claire who picked up the best Commer cup for their gorgeous Hadrian - complete with proper coffee making facilities:cool:

Lining up for the run on Saturday

320 vehicles booked in for run through the beautiful Scottish countryside including the climb up 'The Big Hill' and by the look of it most of them turned up (and not a single breakdown reported)

Waiting for our shot at the hill, the white speck on the ascent is a stalled Anglia:rolleyes:

We made it to St Mary's Loch for a well earned brew

Sunday was show day, rain in the morning but cleared for a sunny afternoon (apart from one down pour:()

And Bonnie picked up something for being so damn gorgeous:D

I was a bit busy schmoozing and didn't get any more pics - sorry:oops:

Went well all the way to the show and back.Had a great time but did not ever take a single picture. If any body has pictures of my van feel free to post. Thanks see you all at commerfest.

Here's John & Clair's camper which was not parked with the rest of us as they over slept

But he was forgiven for the over sleep as he won Best Commer on show.

I would have had to get out and push at the bottom:(.Looked good fun and it would have been a good test for ma wee van:)

Great to hear everyone had a trouble free time. Well done all in your preparation so a fun weekend could be had. Great pictures, was fascinated by the blur sky. It seems at times you need to drive a long way to find it. :D:D:D
