We are setting off tomorrow evening, after Karen finishes her stint at the charity shop. Should be there around 7/8, save us a spot in the camping field please John

The field was dry. Just looked at the forcast, 2.73" rain on the way today [:0][B)]

May I say that the saying "every cloud has a silver lining" is spot on for me. If Lulu had been finished I would probably have gone to this meet. It's bad enough at home trying to dry all the wet clothes from dog walking, there would have been no chance in a camper van and all the wet clothes and 2 wet dogs would not have made it a good weekend.

We met Mellowyellow at St Mary's Loch, nice to see you Christine and Kevin
This little chap drove all the way from Munich, with a mighty 275cc of two stoke power pushing him all the way, aparently the only problem they had was loosing a hubcap just outside Hull
and at the show on Sunday

Martin had a visitor who was very interested in the fire engine
Did the weather get us down - not a bit of it, a great weekend and we'll be there again next year. We met Bonnies previous owner, Harry one of the event marshals, and I pretty much promised Bonnie would be ther next time round - he said he would probably cry when he saw her again:I

She ran beautifully, although the trip up was a bit frought. Very stong winds over the A66, brought us down to 25mph on the big hills. Only managed 40mph down hill [B)]
Strong crosswinds had Karen worried, she thought it was going to turn over[:0]
