Mobile body repairs

Does anyone have any experience of any of the mobile body repair companies about. Someone has dinged the Jag with their rear door and left a small circular dent, although there does not appear to be any paint damage. I was not a happy bunny [!] (until I got back in and drove it, then the smile returned).

window suction cups work really well on dings.

There's a trick I've seen that uses a hairdryer and a can of compressed air to ping dents out. I'll see if I can find the video.
