Hello! I've just taken delivery of my camper!! I got is shifted by a very helpful chap from Fife called Gordon who used his very slow transporter

My dad sorted me out with some ramps so I can do the clutch, however getting a dead van onto the ramps was going to be a problem, so he towed it on for me. And where should I have put the tow rope?[:0]

not here [:(!] Really annoyed, the brake pipe still looks intact though.

I haven't got the manual yet, but I presume the clutch removal goes like this:
  • remove exhaust
  • remove propshaft drop gearbox (after removing clutch slave cylinder

obviously will some kind of support under the engine.

it is the fillet piece between the chassis rail and the radiator surround. Dunno how I'm going to fix it. [V]

Where did you have the tow rope to do that [:0]. Probably best to try and bash it back into shape with a hammer and bar and get a tack or two onto it.

the rope went over the right hand chassis rail. Hammerin and Tackin are probably the order of the day.

It'll keep me busy anyway!
