Lower grill trim and surround clips

As neither the workshop manual nor parts list have enlightened me, can anybody help me with pictures of what is used to secure the lower grill and its surround to the body (not the two corner pieces, missing from the picture below). Many thanks.20190326_110018.jpg

I've found up these clips from 'Bresco' - is there a correct 'way up' ?

Is the grill also held on behind these riveted clips or is it fixed separately to the body ?

I think in this case, because of the shaped ends on the trim, rounded edge to the bottom so it can clip over once the top of the trim has been located. The grille is held on with pop rivets.
 
Thanks so much Panky - those Bresco clips are for a Humber Hawk but I've now discovered are way too small. Those Rover P5 clips don't seem quite big enough, 14.8mm gap, as my gap measures just over 15mm. I've found some early Vauxhall clips but they've got an offset hole but I assume the Commer clips require a central hole.

I've now got an idea to make up some custom T-bolt clips in stainless but getting the correct hole position seems key to this.
 
Now you mention Bresco I seem to remember someone saying (a while ago) the the original clips were available from them.
 
Continuing on the theme ...

It appears that a couple of holes have been 'lost' during restoration, the two marked by red circles seem to be obvious but are there any others not highlighted by either black or red circles ?

I'll need to open up these too, any ideas of the correct sizes ?

There may be a couple more to hold the top part of the trim on, perhaps they can be seen from inside the cab if they have been filled. The two outer ones will be for the self tappers that hold the corner trim on so I'd leave them until you find out what size the screws are. The rest will be 1/8" for pop rivets.
 
Found a couple of pics from when I did Harvey's front end, it shows where the holes are on Harve nut there are some extra ones for the bottm trim where I used self tappers to hold it on. You can see the original type clips som are missing hence the self tappers:rolleyes:

Thanks Panky, that's been very helpful :cool:
I've now used a 3mm drill bit in my fingers to open up my lost holes. I've offered up the grill and trim and all looks great. But I'm holding fire from fitting as I'm now going to paint the panel behind the grill in satin black, as having seen a pic of Jon's old pickup on FB I think its blacking out looks fab.
