I had to do the same thing to replace the spot light bulbs on my Falcon XR8
The local Ford dealer quoted a 5 hour labour charge to do this job

I would have said that it is the failed cooling fan being repaired/replaced, but it almost looks like you've gone even deeper.. Replacing the aircon condenser, maybe? No it must be more serious.

This is ours in the process of getting a new cooling fan + new condenser fitted two years ago.
