Does anyone have any new or serviceable leaf springs, our poor old commer just failed its MOT because it was on the bumpstops!

Just a thought, are you sure it's the bump stops the springs are hitting. Some coach builts had spring assisters fitted.

I think what Panky is saying is right. I don't remember your van sitting low and I'm pretty sure I've seen a coachbuilt with them fitted.

Well, I now have an MOT certificate thanks to everyone's help. Our coach-built is fitted with Aeon Hollow Spring Assistors, they fit in the space between chassis and springs on plates, looking like the vehicle is on it's bump stops. It took a lot of persuading at the test centre but now all is OK I will however still have the leafsprings from you Tim, when you have a moment to get them off Once again thanks to all, this forum and all the people are magic
