If it's the same as this one

each 250ml bottle will treat 50 litres of fuel so 5ml per litre and will only do just over a Commer tank full (which holds about about 43 litres of petrol). The treatment should be added to the tank first so it mixes properly with the fuel. The 250ml bottle is less concentrated than the bigger 500ml bottles I linked previously which will do over ten fill ups. It won't matter if you put a bit too much in.
You can drive your van quite happily without the additive but It's an extra precaution against the effects of ethanol, don't let it stop you enjoying your camper.

Thanks panky soupdragon , yeah it's the same stuff as the 250ml bottles in your picture, it's all very confusing as they the 500ml bottle and the 250ml bottles are identical plus the ingredients are not on the bottles , I was just worried about driving with e10 unleaded which is all that can be got were I live , I will most likely bring it back and try get the 500ml bottle as that costs 40euro and the 2 250ml bottles I got cost 28euro , I only bought them as i thought it was 1ml to a litre, any thanks again , by the way have u used the 250ml product yourself by putting the 5ml in per litre ?

Yes I bought the smaller bottles by mistake but I tend to run the tank down then do a fill up, so I glugged most of the small bottle in in one go. You don't need to be exact and running without will be fine until you get the bigger bottle. Then, when you do fill up, use the measure moulded into the bottle to add the Millers. I would suggest one full measure then fill the tank right up so all the fuel in the tank is treated.

I rang millers and as soon as I mentioned the 250ml bottle she said she is sure the measurement is a misprint and then she said she would ask someone andthen when she asked someone she said it's a weaker mixture in the 250ml bottle , the 500ml bottle tells u how much to add per litre which the 250ml doesnt , I pointed this out to her so she asked someone and they said 5ml per litre of the 250ml bottle . anyway I mentioned that this has lots of people confused and could she mention it to the people in charge .
