Last few jobs !

Well the to do list is getting shorter and it’s “still no name ‍”, is trying to escape the workshop !. I waxoiled all the underside and inside the door bottoms yesterday so pleased with that but I’ve got 2 grease points on the front suspension that won’t take grease I’ve had the nipples out cleaned out what I could but still no luck has anyone got any suggestions ??

You could try a light heat over the pin to soften the grease that is in there and try greasing when hot.

Also try and get the grease in with the van's weight on the wheels so the various bushes are in the position where any wear is highest.

Both good ideas thanks, I’ve just been looking at a greaser on the web you fill with easing oil and then tap with a hammer that then forces it through !. But I’ll try the free methods first

The upper greasing points to the king pins are almost impossible. I have not tried heating them up though. Probably the most important point to get oil in though.
