We decided on lime green as there is not much of it on Kermit
Quite right Jon, it,s not finished yet, the screen brace and roof diagonal still have to go in, but my bender wont bend 1 1/2" 10G CDS without kinking it [xx(]. It will bend 2" 8G scaffold, which shows you the difference in stiffness between the two. I have a plan to modify the bender, but it,s a big mission [B)]

Got there in the end
Probably going to leave it at that, as with the roof lining in it makes it very hard to get a diagonal far enough away from your head

You have to slide a bit of sheet metal between the two, lining still gets a bit smoked/singed though :I
Normally you would take the lining out and push the bars tighter into the shell and stitch them into it, but it,s a really nice lining and would have been a shame to lose it. It,s a camper not a rally car after all
