The matching centre boss to go with it, in even more super titanium 6/4

Now i just need to get that boss onto the blower shaft without using a press or hammer. It's a 3 thou interference fit, so should be fun

Looking shiny!! Get it in the oven as hot as possible. Will fall on then before it cools down.

I'm not new to this but no luck so far can't get the blower in the freezer and the Rayburn is only going up to 550F.
Chris has gone on a mission for some triple choc cake propane [}]

What a game that was [B)] after 3 more failed attempts i ended up reaming another .0005" thou out the boss (that's half the thickness of a fag paper) and that was just enough to get it on when very hot [}]
