Did you fit a Davies Craig water pump, I'd be very interested in how you positioned it. I fitted one also (it's great) but had to move the rad forward to fit it in. I'd like to move the rad back a bit as the air flow isn't as good as it should be so any info will be duly copied

That's an amazing transformation you have made there. The modifications are subtle and just right. You would probably have to stand it next to a a standard van to notice them all. The front end looks great and I particularly like the treatment of the rear lights.
How did you decide upon the colour of the wheels? I would never have considered that combination, but it just looks right.

I love the back lights, i think it really suits the van to a tee. The front end is a little like what i am currently doing to Iceman but without the extra lights. I have also modded the front valance to be 'flush' with the front panal.

Panky, Yes i've gone for the davies craig as the comments i read were all positive also knowing it was tried and tested on harvey, it's been attached to a bracket on the drivers side of the bay, the old pump pretty much fell apart when i disconnected the rad so we've used the innards (with some slight modifications) but she is yet to have a full on road test so fingers are still crossed on that one, the rad is still mounted in the same position but should get plenty of cool air via the modified scoop. I will be more than happy to get some pics up, will be able to next week some time.
RV, I'll come clean on the colour of the wheels, I didn't choose it, my friend (who has done most of the work) thought it would really work with the subtle colour of the body, couldn't be much better tbh , we're chuffed.

It took a little bit of figuring out when I fitted my lekky pump, be careful you dont get a stagnant point on the by-pass hose and heater. I did away with it and made a new thermostat housing, running the supply to the heater from there and back to the pump suction. I did run a new by-pass to the pump suction but I don't think is was necessary, just drill a hole in the stat.
