Karrier Cub?

If anyone can help please ..... I have been into Split Screen Kombis for 30 odd years so know them well, (please don't hold that against me!). I have had a note dropped in my letterbox asking if I was interested in a 1961 Karrier Cub, Campabus was also quoted.
I have 'googled' Karrier Cub - how I found this site - but found nothing to enlighten me. I grew up through the 60's and early 70's with my Dad's Commer Cob van that I learnt to drive in and I owned a Karrier light truck so I am curious to find some info on the Cub.
Displaying my obvious lack of knowledge, is it a Commer FC or similar, I know some vehicles are essentially the exact same thing but badged differently for different markets. We still have the odd Commer Camper on the road over here but rarely seen now. The Karrier was described as a genuine 'barn find' - but as we all know that can mean anything, it has been in the same family for over 40 yrs, got to be worth pursuing.

Karrier Cub, that's a new one on me, the only thing I can suggest is that maybe it's a mini coach conversion on a Karrier chassis. There was a Leyland Panther Cub, which was a short wheel base bus from the early sixties (Wiki) so perhaps it's the same coach-builder.
Our resident Karrier expert should be along later............COLIN.......

I have made contact with the person that dropped the note off, they are going to forward contact details to me so hopefully over the next week or two I can see it for myself. What I'm thinking it might be is on our 'registration' stickers stuck to the windscreen, there is a description of the vehicle, I have seen some quite creative examples that are often wrong. They may have read it from there being curious as to what the vehicle was, rather than from any badges on the van itself, we'll see soon enough.
I'm betting it will be an early Commer camper van conversion of some sort.

No sorry I don't. As I mentioned above, I rang the chap who left the note in my letterbox, he is going to put me in touch with the owner. Curiosity has got the better of me and was what led me to 'google' Karrier Cub, after not finding anything I'm thinking he has taken the details from the registration sticker which can be quite random.
I'm sure I remember an old Commer Karrier Mr Whippy van/truck from my childhood. If it turns out to be anything I will definitely post up a photo.
