Decided to take Ted to the show this time He had a very nice time and met lots of interested folk[8D]
Bernie decided to try and do a wheelie on an electric powered Arial Three, it didn't end well for the trike, but I'll let him tell you more

It was on the Ford stand along with a custom Yank truck with equally mad engine, they decided to have a rev off at home time - the Cossies and XR's tried to join in but were completely drowned in the deafening, glorious V8 din[8D][8D]

Great show, well attended, interested crowd, great cars - cant wait for August

There was a nasty incident early on today when everyone was setting up, a great commotion sprung up over on the VW stand, there was a screaming engine, a huge cloud of dust and smoke then silence. Apparently a Jag was manoeuvring into position when the throttle went wide open as he was reversing and he shot backwards over their picnic area and wedged himself between a Beetle and a van ripping the Jag's door off in the process. Luckily no one was behind him, lucky escape.

Any idea why it was on the ford stand when it is, or once was, a moggie, looks like an ex post office van[?]

Lovely cars there Mr P, the moggy is stunning. That's a mad accident and lucky it wasn't a commer stand - would have been swarming with visitors and couldn't have been messy.

All seriousness..very lucky no one was seriously injured.

I suspect the engine was a Ford V8 but he might just have been a guest, who cares it was right in front of me for the whole day[8D]

Ha, true.

Trying to persuade a friend of mine to sell me a similar moggy, getting no where fast at moment though. He's been building it for 15 years and finally got it running recently, full space frame but with a Cosworth lump, a beautiful thing.

We had yet another a great time at the Tatton classic car show [8D]
I found a couple of new toys to play with

And as John said I managed to break the blue one trying to do a
wheelie, then after I fixed it I crashed it into a fence (Videos Later if Heidi gets her way) so that was the end of my motor biking career:I

That red moggy is from preston and goes down to the cruise night it was in my mates place just after he bought it . Yes it is running a rover .
