I've got a lancia delta integrale evo coming for resto in two weeks its sitting in stripping solution at the mo in a big tank and going through a process simlar to the tv detector of martins. Just hope it comes back with less dents! I've got alot of fabrication to do on it and stitch weld the whole shell. The aim is to get it as close to new as possible it should look like this when it done:

Going to view it Thursday to see what the real state of the shell is once its out the tank.

There great cars I've got the less muscular one! It's still a 2litre turbo 4wheel drive but not as butch looking lol. I will get round to doing it one day just like my turbo Diesel engine conversion in my van!! If only you got paid for doing your own jobs!

I wouldn't put any lancia into a tank of anything, when they take it out, it will be gone and all the monkey metal dissolved.

If you want to do a propper restoration it's the only way to go. These evo lancias are commanding big money at the moment for good examples being between 20-30grand.
I will post some pics when I go and view it Thursday.

I used my shrinker stretcher to stop it kinking and folded them by hand in my folder. Took a while but did them all in a day;)
