Jack storage

Hello everyone, I’m after a picture if possible of the original jack retaining method in the back of a dodge spacevan or commer if it’s the same, I’ve got to make something so would like to make similar to original if possible

Mine is wedged in the offside rear corner held in by the shelves in the wardrobe but no sign of any brackets

Mine is empty !, and there’s no sign of any brackets just says in the handbook inside rear left corner. I can make my own but would be nice if it was like the original ??

I would have thought it would have been a strap or bungy tie maybe wrapped around a convenient strengthening spare or with a hook on the ends of the tie to latch on somewhere. I seem to remember the starting handle being similarly attached to the front panel on a van.

No restraints etc for one in my Pb.

IIRC there was a bit of U joint in the floor for the base of the jack, then on the wall of the van a leather or canvas strap to hold it there

Mine had a bracket on the nsr corner. I may still have it somewhere
