As ever, I've not enough hours in the day and too many other distractions. No rush I guess, but a spot of camping this year would be nice!
Offered up the panels and they look like a very good fit which will make life easier for me. Really not looking forward to making the first cut though!

Hi guys, long long time no speaky. I hope you’re all well? I’ve been keeping half an eye on you lot and mostly following Tim’s mad V8 and 6 speed gearbox creations; both awesome engineering. I thought you’d like to see the amazing progress I’ve made since my last update in Feb 2012 and this is it –
Yes.... I’ve collected a few more boxes and junk and that’s about it; but in fairness I have been rather busy. The first half of the year was spent training for a little cycle ride with my pal, starting off at Land’s End and finishing off here –
(That's John o' Groats, only they took the sign down the time we arrived). I had the urge have a bit of fun whilst I still could, so I bought this...
... and messed about a lot with it to make it look like this...
.... and broke this...
... to pilfer it’s running gear for the above. Things have slowed down a little since, as in between all of that, I was also busy making this!
Plenty of good excuses there, but now I really need to crack on with things if I’m to go Commer camping again (we desperately miss it). As Jules said, the first cut is the deepest and he’s not wrong! I think I’ve got all the metal I need to commence the rhinoplasty, now I just need the confidence. To be continued.....
