Bernie is joking about a 'boom' box also known as an amplifier and subwoofer ....mate trust me, your head unit is probably not compatible and you would defo need an expert to fit it for you....plus you are talking loads of money.....I have installed this kind of system in my car.

Ok, Andrew, I will try and make this a slow, step by step guide that you can understand and remember you can look back at some of the pics I have posted to help you....
First of all I want you to plug your ISO cable (adapter lead) into you cd player and then I want you to cut/remove the plug on the other end...see pic..red arrow into cd player and cut the plug off where the yellow line is...

Ok, next you need to disconnect your battery from the van....disconnect the + positive side first...
You now need to join the blue wire in the van to the red wire on the ISO (adapter)
Join the green wire on the van to the yellow wire on the ISO (adapter)
I advise you fit a 10amp inline fuse to both of the above
The black wire coming from the ISO (adapter) should be attached to the van body...if you crimp a loop( see my previous pic) onto the black wire and drill a small hole in the van (plenty near where you are installing your cd) scrape a little paint away and secure with either a small bolt or a self tapping screw..

Ok, speakers..
From the ISO (adapter) you should have a white wire, connect this to the + left speaker
from the ISO there is a white wire with a black line/stripe, connect this to the - left speaker
from the ISO you should have a grey wire, connect this to + right speaker
from the ISO you should have a grey wire with a black line/stripe, connect to - left speaker.
That should be it...any other wires from the ISO, fold the end over and wrap them individually in insulating tape then maybe just hold them together with a cable tie to keep things tidy...
When you actually fit the head unit to the van, make sure it is fitted securely and doesn't jump about/move when you drive along or go over bumps in the road etc...
That should be it, job done......
