Hi there Jon, Yes the mini is now finished and on the road. I re shelled my 1972 morris 850 into this shell which was a crash damaged one i bought. It still needs painting. The bricks are holding the roof down, when i got the shell it had a big hole in the roof where a sunroof had been so i grafted the roof off my old mini onto it. Its my daily drive to work at moment til the commers done then its up for sale.

I've been reading your updates with interest. If you decide not to keep the Rover wheels, I would be very interested in taking them off your hands for my van! You can reach me on, 07958 373430.
Good work...as on page one would also be interested in the Rovers if you do decide to move em on. Also have a set of spare 15" steels if you were to look at powder coating and going back to originals. If was a switch the hub caps on mine would be available too, they're ok, no rust but not immaculate.
On holiday from work for two weeks so should get a bit done. Managed to put new wheel cylinders and brake shoes on front the other day. It feels like its been of the road for ever, missing driving it. Also need to order rest of panel fron Martin. Try and get pics as i go.
Hi all not been on here for a bit, still got commer its about half way restored now. need to do front wind screen pillars and a bit more welding on the under side. most of the panels i got from Martin are on and must say are excellent. just got to wait till nice weather comes as van is back at home now. Send some pics soon.
