ID This Commer Van

Can anyone help ID this Commer van, the year and model? I found this on a Thailand website. Can't find much information on this, the wheel arches are different from the usual ones you see online.

Started life as a series 2a van, with side loading door. Been highly modified round all arches and flutes removed. Approx year '63-'65.

Bummer that its highly modified, its one of the cleaner examples I've seen in Thailand. I found a handful of them which are all modified around the arches, I guess folks here didn't like the original look.

I'm quite fond of the original look and was thinking of picking this one up and lay down some wood flooring inside. Since the arches is not original, I will continue my hunt.

Most stock engines are replaced with Japanese engines, you simply can't find any of the stock motor parts here.
